Hello everyone here is the menu of the third food and wine tasting to be held at Le Contretemps, Auray. Aurélie Denais will be joining us, somelière of natural wines, to help you taste wines complementing the menu.

Entrée

Douceur de tourteau, ail noir d’Aomori en texture mousseuse et asperge blanche.

Plat

Médaillon de lotte, pommes de terre et petit pois à la française ,écume de sarrasin et coriandre.

Dessert

Entremet chocolat blanc et citron vert, crème glacée au gingembre et poudre d Iran.

Starter, main course, dessert and four glasses of wine tasting: 40 € / person
